One thing our guests love to know before they visit: Vinyl Steakhouse is a true vinyl record-playing steakhouse, where music is very much a part of your dining experience with us.

Our music is intentionally present—played at a level where you can truly appreciate each album as the artist intended, from the lyrics to the subtle details of every track. We spin full sides of records, creating a soundtrack that is immersive without overwhelming the room.

At the same time, we know great dining is about great conversation. Whether you're joining us for a business dinner, date night, or celebration with friends, our team carefully manages the volume nightly (and even record to record!) to ensure the atmosphere is vibrant, comfortable, and perfectly suited for both music lovers and meaningful conversation.
