Born and raised in the Midwest, Chase Andrzejewski was raised to know the value of true hospitality. After graduating from SUNY Purchase Conservatory of Music with a degree in Studio Composition (Songwriting), they fell into the fine dining industry working under Kevin Flannery’s leadership at Ocean Prime of Cameron Mitchell Restaurants. Chase started in the guest services department and slowly moved up the ranks to serving as well as assisting the Private Dining team. Being the people-person that they are,  Chase has always loved catering unforgettable dining experiences for guests but was under the impression that their love for music had to take a back seat. That was until the concept for Vinyl Steakhouse was brought to their attention. They jumped at the opportunity to work for Flannery again as well as mesh both of those passions.
